This beautiful little gem, with just eight rooms, will provide safari travellers with an ideal location to rest and relax in tranquil surroundings.

One Forty Eight Main House
The main house will offer a āWake Upā service with tea, coffee, morning biscuits etc. delivered to your room.
- Master Bedroom 1: This room has a large walk in wardrobe, outdoor private veranda with separate seating and a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower. Please note this room cannot convert into a twin bed.
- Bedroom 2: This room is able to be either a twin or double depending on the requirements of the guests. The bathroom offers a large bath with an over bath shower.
- Bedroom 3: This room is able to be either a twin or double depending on the requirements of the guests. The bathroom offers a large spacious area with a rain shower.
- The Loft: The attic space of the main house is ideal for children, 3 beds are positioned to maximize space for children. There is a small shower room on the Prst floor for this room or children can share the bathroom with their parents.
One Forty Eight Studio
Apartments 4,5 & 6: These 3 double storey contemporary rooms offer an ideal living space, large glass windows and the open plan design of the living areas create a tranquil environment. Downstairs comprises of a spacious living area with a wet room style of bathroom, upstairs is an open plan sleeping area with views over the grounds.There is also a sofa that can convert into extra beds for children. All rooms have in room refreshments.Stydis 7 & 8: These spacious studio suites are located on the Prst floor above the main lounge of the studio conversion. These 2 rooms are accessed through a wide staircase leading into a connecting corridor. The rooms have large windows, creating a feeling of space and outdoors. The bathrooms are spacious, light, and airy with a rain shower and a separate bath. Both rooms have in-room refreshments.
